Tidy Towns was our flagship community progamme that ran between 2008 and 2019.

With support from Welsh Government and our local authority partners, we supported over 3,000 community groups and worked with an average of 30,000 inspiring volunteers each year, who spent a staggering 1.68 million hours of their own time looking after the environment.

Together we carried out an incredible 83,000 clean-ups, 8,300 access improvement activities, supported 10,000 enhancements to food growing areas, and took action to boost biodiversity 14,500 times.

Although Tidy Towns officially came to an end in March 2019, we continue to support communities in taking responsibility for their local environment.
