Lesley Jones has been CEO of Keep Wales Tidy since 2010.

Before joining Keep Wales Tidy, Lesley worked for the Wales Co-operative Centre in supporting community businesses with sustainable development and led on the development of a Social Enterprise Support Strategy with Welsh Government.

Lesley has served on a number of Boards and Committees including the Vice Chair of the Association of British Credit Unions, a public appointee on the Welsh Government’s Financial Inclusion Advisory Group and a member of Co-operatives UK New Ventures Panel. She was also, until recently, a member and Chair of Charter Housing Board in Newport for several years.

Lesley was elected as President of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in September 2016 and before this served as Vice President. FEE is a global NGO established in 1981 to promote sustainable development through environmental education. Lesley represented FEE at the UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development in Nagoya, Japan in 2014 and more recently spoke at a UNESCO seminar at COP 21.
