Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said:

We’d like to congratulate Keep Wales Tidy. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Keep Wales Tidy should be extremely proud of their achievement.

Of the 15,000 organisations within the Investors in People community the last published data reports that only 179 organisations had achieved the silver award across the UK.

Commenting on the award, Keep Wales Tidy Chief Executive Lesley Jones, said:

We are delighted to have achieved the prestigious Investors in People silver accreditation for a second time, especially after being assessed against the rigorous new standards. At Keep Wales Tidy, we put people at the heart of everything we do; starting with our staff.

They are our greatest asset so it’s essential that we create a working environment in which everyone can flourish, feel supported, and be proud of their work. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the whole team for their ongoing commitment – it’s an honour to work with such a passionate and talented group of people.
